WARREN MCKENZIE
Teaching Elder
Warren is the Teaching Elder at Reformation Baptist Church (formerly Biota Baptist Church). He has served as a youth leader, associate pastor, and youth outreach worker. Raised on hip-hop culture, he has served in ministries where music was used to teach the gospel in outreach. These days, his time is spent preaching and shepherding the flock of RBC. He loves teaching people the Scriptures and helping others grow in obedience to Christ. Warren and his wife, Bridget, have two children.
REN LABAWAN
Elder
Ren is an elder at RBC and works on the weekdays as a machinist. Originating from the Philippines, he migrated to Australia in 2010 along with his parents and two older brothers. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Joyce, and together they have one child. Ren enjoys photography, playing guitar, and playing chess. He loves gathering with God’s people to sing with them and to learn and grow together through the teaching and preaching of God’s Word.

Elder
Matthew serves as an elder at RBC, where he is passionate about shepherding God’s people and encouraging them to grow in their walk with Christ. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Rhian, and a proud father of three children, cherishing the joys and responsibilities of family life. Professionally, Matthew works as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He loves spending quality moments with his family, often enjoying adventures together and building lasting memories.
Aden russell
Elder
Aden serves as Assistant Teaching Elder for our RBC Toowoomba plant. Growing up in Brisbane in a Christian home, he married his high-school sweetheart, Elize, and they have 2 wonderful children together. After a decade in music production and online business, today Aden balances his time between serving the local church, studying an MDiv at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, and running his online course business that helps Christians build theology-reading habits. Aden has a passion for helping to recover Biblical, Reformed theology in the Australian church. He also loves reading, being a coffee snob, and smoking BBQ meat.

Ben kravchenko
Deacon
Ben serves as a deacon at Reformation Baptist Church, where he is dedicated to honoring Christ through faithful service. He seeks to keep God first in every aspect of life, whether at church, at home, or in his work. During the week, Ben works as an Automotive Electrician Fitter. He enjoys the outdoors and often spends his free time on adventures that allow him to appreciate God’s creation. Ben also has a heart for local evangelism, seeking opportunities to share the gospel with others.
Nathan Fowler
Deacon
Nathan serves as a Deacon and Treasurer at RBC, where he is grateful for the opportunity to use his gifts in both leadership and service. Professionally, Nathan works as an economist. He is married to his wife, Emily, and together they enjoy walking with the Lord and serving the church. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys reading, hiking, and hunting, often appreciating God’s creation through these activities.
Dan Fowler
Deacon
Dan serves as a deacon at our church, faithfully supporting the ministry of the Word and caring for the congregation. He is married to Laura, and together they strive to live out their faith in everyday life. Dan works in healthcare and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in theology.
